Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, Kyle grew up vacationing on Lake Glenville and developed a deep appreciation for the natural beauty and peaceful lifestyle of the Highlands-Cashiers Plateau. Three years ago, he and his husband, Clark, purchased a home near the lake, and they have recently made the decision to settle in the area full time—along with their chocolate lab, golden retriever, and cat, Bear.

Kyle began his real estate career in 2017, joining a top-producing team at Carolina One in Charleston alongside his mother and sister. He brings years of experience helping clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate, with a client-first approach rooted in professionalism, integrity, and local expertise. His background also includes five years running Charleston’s highest-rated Airbnb, giving him unique insight into the short-term rental market and what it takes to succeed as a host and investor.

In addition to being a licensed Realtor®, he is a licensed home inspector in South Carolina. He  holds a bachelor's degree in Historic Preservation and Community Planning from the College of Charleston and a master’s degree in Real Estate Investment and Management from a university in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Outside of real estate, Kyle enjoys boating, paddle boarding, hiking, cooking (have you been to The Barn), volunteering, and exploring the mountain towns throughout the region. He is proud to be a part of the Cashiers Valley Real Estate team and is passionate about helping others find their own place to call home on the Plateau.
