“My top priorities are family and nature. I count my blessings for being born in the great state of North Carolina, and specifically in the Blue Ridge Mountains.  Every day I am grateful for the good people, abundance of water & bright blue skies, even in the winter. This is truly God’s country.”

Binford's most recent adventure includes becoming a grandmother.

Her community outreach has involved The Cashiers Historic Society, The Cashiers Senior Center, The Cashiers Chamber of Commerce, Mountain Strong, Children's Welfare League, Boy Scouts of America, The Junior League, Kettering Medical Center and The Church of the Good Shepard.
